Beliard does have two warehouses located in France and Ecuador, depending on the item availability: Your order will be shipped 10 to 20 days for Standard shipping and 3 to 6 days for Express shipping .
Orders are processed within one to two business days and delivered the following day.
We usually process and ship orders from Monday to Friday before 1pm, except Saturday, Sunday or French and Ecuadorian holidays.
In case you place a Pre-Order or a Custom Order we require up to 20 business days to deliver your hat.

- Taxes and Duties
Beliard cannot be held responsible for any taxes applied by customs in the country of destination. Therefore, any of these possible taxes will be at your expense, we advise you to check with the customs services in your country.
- Shipping costs
All orders are shipped with DHL Express, UPS STD, UPS Express Saver and FedEx Depending on your country.
Shipping cost is 30 Euros for International Standard and 20 Euros for France Standard ; Delivery time depends on destination.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a waybill number to track your order.
Beliard accepts credit and debit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Apple Pay. All the payments are made through Stripe Payment Gateway.
Delivery process time might be extended up to 2-6 working days due to the current pandemic situation.
Beliard endeavors to ensure you are satisfied with your order. To return your order you have 14 days from the date you received it. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges and suggest that should you need to exchange, simply send your order back for a return and repurchase your desired size.
Terms and conditions of return
To ensure your return is processed as efficiently as possible, Beliard invites you to comply with these terms and conditions of return:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags still attached and intact, in their original packaging.
- Avoid leaving any marks that may degrade the item.
- Beliard reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any items that do not fulfil these terms and conditions, as well as the right to return them back to the client where applicable.
To return your item, you must send a request to Customercare@bybeliard.com.
Refund is made to your account within 30 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the items.
The items return shipping is made at the customer’s expense. This means that the customer should pay for the delivery when sending the items back to us. Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom and Personalized hats
- Initials Engraving
- Pre-sale Items
- Final Sales
